Its been awhile since i worked on the impala..been super cold out !!.in this video i use the harbor freight flange tool and hole punch to install a quarter panel on the chevy. This is the first time i have done this so professionals please be gentle, please leave some tips in the comments below, The flange tool seemed to work good no issues and with a 20 % coupons cost right around 20 bucks
